Sunny Barrel is a limited-edition surfboard art piece created in collaboration with photographer Ben Hicks and Surfboard Trading Co. Featuring a breaking tropical wave in Indonesia's Mentawai Islands, the piece brings fine-art surf photography to the sculptural form of an authentic, functional surfboard.

Ben captured the image during a boat trip through the outer island chain of the Mentawai Islands off Sumatra, Indonesia, an area renowned for some of the world's most celebrated surf. The expedition was led by surf exploration pioneer Martin Daley aboard the Indies Trader 3.

The photograph is printed on premium fiberglass cloth, laminated into the surfboard with resin and hand polished to a gloss finish. Display Sunny Barrel vertically or horizontally as statement wall art—or take it to the water. This is a real, fully functional surfboard.
